An Enigma but maybe not

Two Black men are in a run off for the Georgia United States Senate seat.

How did this happen?

How did people even manage to pull the lever to cast a vote for someone like Walker?

But the more important question how did Herschel Walker allow himself to be used by white men who care absolutely nothing about him as a human being?

It is clear that Herschel Walker is out of his league. It is clear to everyone who has heard him speak.

I listened to him debate Senator Warnock and he had no real understanding of the issues that faced the people of Georgia or the people of America. Mr. Walker you have to give more than sound bytes. The people that you are hoping to represent if you know how to advocate for them-if you know how to help to shape legislation and policy that will make their lives better economically. Two Black men are vying for this Senate seat. The Republicans could not have chosen Herschel Walker because they thought he was the better choice or that he was capable.

One Republican in the State of Georgia called Walker the worst candidate that the Republican Party has ever chosen to represent it.

Well, in my mind Donald Trump wins that distinction. In my mind neither are worthy to serve.

Tomorrow Senator Warnock and Mr. Walker will face each other in a run off election.

We should have never been in this spot.

The outcome of the election in Georgia tomorrow will be in the hands of the Georgia voters. These voters are smart.

I am praying that at the end of the day they will send Herschel Walker back home where he can rest on the glory of his football days.

And send Senator Warnock back to Washington where he is sorely needed.
